The role
This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of B2B growth, executive relationship building, and talent & HR strategy.
At Zoī, selling our service to large organisations requires more than commercial execution. It requires a deep understanding of how companies think about their people: talent retention, performance, prevention, leadership, and wellbeing.
You will engage directly with CHROs, CEOs, CFOs and senior HR leaders to build conviction around the role of preventive health as a strategic lever for organisations. These conversations are not transactional; they are advisory, strategic, and deeply rooted in organisational priorities.
Because of this, the role naturally extends beyond external clients. You will also be involved in shaping how we think about talent internally at Zoī from understanding what “great profiles” look like in our ecosystem, to contributing to how we attract and assess future team members.
This creates a rare dual perspective: you will both sell into HR and leadership teams, and participate in building a company that understands those same dynamics from the inside.
Your Missions
Build a targeted pipeline from scratch, including deep market research, account mapping, and precise identification of relevant stakeholders (experience in headhunting or targeted outreach is a strong plus).
Engage and lead high-level conversations with senior decision-makers (CHROs, CEOs, CFOs), evangelising Zoī’s vision within organisations.
Structure, negotiate and close complex corporate agreements.
Manage and grow existing accounts, driving upsell, expansion, and long-term client relationships.
Bring strong commercial creativity: contribute to improving processes, refining our approach, and acting as the voice of B2B clients in the evolution of the product.
Contribute as a Talent Specialist within Zoī: participate in internal recruitment and support ongoing thinking around team structure, talent quality, and organisational effectiveness.
Who we’re looking for
You come from consulting (strategy, HR, organisation, transformation), where you learned to structure complex problems and work with executive-level stakeholders.
Or from executive search / talent advisory, with strong exposure to CHROs, leadership dynamics, and organisational design.
We are specifically looking for experience in one of these two environments.
We expect:
3 to 5 years of experience in demanding, high-expectation environments.
Strong track record of performance in your field (top performer in consulting, sales, or talent environments).
Strong exposure to senior stakeholders and complex organisations.
Clear ability to communicate with structure, clarity, and credibility.
Strong judgement in prioritisation and focus.
Genuine interest in people, organisations, health, or performance.
AI-friendly mindset: you actively use modern tools to work faster, better, and more efficiently.
Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
