Behind Zoī is a multidisciplinary team (doctors, engineers, data scientists, operations) driven by a shared belief: preventive health is one of the most important challenges of our generation.

You will join a 6-person tech team that ships fast, well, and continuously. Here’s what you will work on:

MISSIONS

End-to-end product development

• Own features from A to Z: understanding medical needs, designing solutions, implementing, shipping, and iterating based on feedback.

• Contribute to our medical and operational backoffice built in TypeScript, the mobile app (React Native / Expo), and backend APIs.

• Participate in architecture and system design decisions, your opinion matters.

• Work directly with doctors, medical assistants, and operations teams to iterate quickly.

Optimization & AI

• Use AI as a daily accelerator: code generation, testing, review, documentation.

• Identify product areas where AI can add value for both member experience and medical efficiency.

• Integrate LLMs into product workflows when relevant - hands-on experience in production is a strong plus.

Quality & reliability

• Maintain a high technical standard: testing, observability, and healthcare data security.

• Monitor your own features in production and respond quickly when issues arise.

• Contribute to strengthening our CI/CD pipeline (AI-assisted code review, weekly releases).

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technical skills

• 2–3 years of experience in fullstack development, you’ve already shipped production products.

• Strong command of any language, both frontend and backend & especially with AI.

• Comfortable with system design: APIs, data models, complex lifecycle management.

• Strong frontend sensibility, able to make complex medical interfaces intuitive and usable.

• Understanding of security fundamentals: access control, role management, healthcare data (HDS), GDPR.

• Strong focus on quality: testing, code reviews, and technical debt management.

• Bonus: experience with LLMs / generative AI integrated into real products.
